I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to manifest expressions within and as myself that are expressions that stand for less than life and through this I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to separate myself from expressions through my judgements of expressions as either being more than or less than what they are within and as the physical expression  of itself. I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to polarise physical expressions and through this I have accepted and allowed myself to separate myself from what is here in the physical.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to through my judgments as acceptances and allowances have separated myself from what is here thus creating an experience of unfulfilment within and as myself where I constantly seek fulfilment through external experiences and through this I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to accept and allow the pre-programmed designs of separation within and as myself as expressions of polarity within and as myself.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to accept and allow desire to manifest within and as myself through my acceptances and allowances of those expressions that I have separated myself from and as and through this I forgive myself that I have I have not accepted and allowed myself to see, realise and understand that it is the expressions within and as myself that I had separated myself from that I desire to have as an external experience as I have the belief that experiencing these desires as external experiences will fulfil me in who I am.

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see, realise and understand that I have accepted and allowed my desires as points of separation within and as myself to be commoditized as products that I desire to have to bring to me fulfilment through purchasing the products as desires. I further forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to become a consumer, consuming that which I had originally accepted and allowed myself to separate myself from and as and through this I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to become the abuser of life through firstly creating the separation within and as myself and through this become a consumer of this planet that seeks fulfilment through externalised points as resources as life that sustains our world. I forgive myself that I have separated myself from life and as such require to consume life in order to exist as a self-interested consumer that requires to consume life to sustain myself.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to give permission for the consumer industry to exist through my separation from who I am as an expression of life and through this I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realise and understand that through letting go of the polarisation as judgement within and as myself and restoring my expression of myself back to what is here as a physical expression of life, I am in fact giving back life unto myself and through this no longer require to consume to fulfil the desire within and as myself, as life will be here as an expression of who I am.
